Abstract

The present study is pertained to investigate the influence of organizational factors on job outcomes of employees of Hotel Industry in India. The research has been conducted on 284 employees employed in Indian Hotel Industry through a structured questionnaire. The selection of the hotels was as per the convenience of the researcher. Results indicate that the dimensions of organizational factors (excluding, perceived organizational support and transactional contract) are significant predictors of job outcomes and have the expected positive relation.
